Newsletter signups

When you choose to subscribe, we store your email address, optional name, consent date and subscription status to manage articles and newsletter updates. Only the website owner can access or export the subscriber list. Exported data may be used with our email campaign provider to send the updates you requested. We do not sell the list.

New subscribers receive a personal unsubscribe link on the signup confirmation. Keep it for later. Newsletter messages should include that link too. You can also request removal by emailing brightsekoniinstitute@gmail.com.

To limit automated signup abuse, a short-lived hash of your network address may be stored with an attempt count. This is removed after its expiry as subsequent signups are processed.

Programme, advisory, partnership and speaking enquiries

All enquiry forms prepare an email to brightsekoniinstitute@gmail.com. The details reach the institute only when you send the prepared email through your email provider. The information is used to respond to your request. This website does not store enquiry details in its database. Programme enquiries do not reserve a place or confirm admission.

Books, sign-in and hosting

Book links open Selar, which handles purchases and fulfilment under its own privacy terms. The publisher dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in to verify the website owner. Font files are requested from Google Fonts, and hosting providers may process ordinary network logs.
